Stage with Sara Maganzini: a great success!

Now that some time has passed since the stage with Sara Maganzini, it's time to take a look back... and the truth is that the experience was a complete success. It was an intense three days, full of work and good atmosphere.

The rehearsals on Thursday and Friday were very well attended and had a very active working atmosphere. Sara made us see the works from a different point of view, and it was very enriching to get to know her way of conducting and understanding music. We worked on pieces that we already knew and had already worked on, and we started from scratch, and in all of them we discovered new ways of approaching interpretation and conducting.

He highlighted many strengths of the band, such as adaptability and flexibility, and made us realise that this was an important value. We also delved into aspects such as dynamics, tuning and listening within the group, with very useful suggestions that helped us to improve.

Sara connected with the group from the very first moment. Her indications were clear, direct and helped us to listen better to what was going on around us and to play with more sense.

After the rehearsal on Friday, we had a very nice dinner of brotherhood, where we continued sharing conversations and moments with Sara, and our directors: Ripoll and Coleto. J.R. Pascual Vilaplana came to the rehearsal that same day, and it was a pleasure to have him with us, even if it was only for a while.

On Saturday morning, we finished the stage with a chat over lunch where Sara told us about her professional career. It was very interesting to learn more about her path in the band world and to be able to ask her questions in a relaxed and close atmosphere.

We were left with a very good taste in our mouths from this meeting, with the desire to continue growing as a band and to apply everything we have learned. Now we have a lot of work to do to prepare the pieces we will play in Sicily!

Thanks to all of you who participated and, above all, to Sara for sharing these days with us.
